Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: 24 hours notice prior to check in time unless it is a non-refundable room.
Q: Can I reserve a room or request a rate quote via email?
A: Yes – please contact our reservations department.
Q: Must I use a valid credit card to make a reservation? Is a deposit required?
A: Yes a valid credit card is required to make a reservation and a deposit is required.
We do require a $50 security deposit at check in.
Non refundable room rates require 100% payment at time of booking.

A: Yes, with a signed credit card authorization form.

A: You must be 21 to make a reservation

Q: How do I receive a reservation confirmation on my mobile phone?
A: Georgian Bay Hotel will send an email confirmation after booking with us online or by phone. This email is mobile friendly
Q: How many people can stay per room?
A: We offer hotel rooms, one, two, and three bedroom suites, occupancy depends on unit size
Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: All our rooms and suites are non-smoking
Q: What is the cancellation policy? / How do I change or cancel my reservation?
A: 24 hours prior to your stay you can contact the reservations department to cancel or change your reservation unless it is a non-refundable rate.
Non-refundable rates cannot be changed or altered once booked. Our non-refundable rates are offered through our Website Reservations, Expedia or Booking.com, and most OTA sites.
*If you have booked through any third party booking site, (such Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) you must contact the third party booking site first. They will send us your cancellation information.

Georgian Bay Hotel will send an email confirmation after booking with us online or by phone.
Q: What amenities do you have in your hotel?
A: We have an on-site Spa and Restaurant. The hotel has an outdoor and an indoor pool, fitness center, tennis court, children’s playground, horseshoes, shuffle board, and Superstition Golf; a spectacularly landscaped 18 hole professional family putting course.
We also offer Equipment rentals including: Bike Rentals, Snow Shoe Rentals and Tennis Rentals. Seasonal Sports Equipment Available to Use: Shuffleboard Court, Horseshoe Pit, Volleyball net, Basketball Nets, Hockey Nets, Bocce Ball

A: We have accessible rooms, please note this requirement when booking your room.

A: Yes, please contact front desk – The roll away beds are $10 per night

A: Our fitness center offers weights, treadmill and stationary bikes. It is open daily.
